OUTDOOR STRUCTURES
ADD A POOLSIDE GAZEBO, PERGOLA OR PAVILION
With Arizona summer temperatures exceeding 100F, enjoying the outdoors means being in the water or in the shade. Shade comes in many forms, the most popular options being pergolas, pavilions, and gazebos. Each structure has its own unique set of benefits. We can help you find which structure will best fit your needs. Let’s take a quick look at each option.
Pergolas
Pergolas are the most affordable option for adding shade to your pool deck. A pergola provides partial shade as the top boards are spaced to allow some direct sunlight through. If more shade is desired, a retractable canopy can be added. Another option to increase shade on a pergola is to allow a vined plant to grow on the side.
Pavilions
The open sides of a pavilion allow for unrestricted access to the shelter. This is great for kids as they can run in and out without traffic funnels such as doors or entry points. Pavilions are also a great choice if you entertain larger groups of people, allowing guests to move freely to and from the shelter.
Gazebos
Peaceful, romantic, and protected are a few words that come to mind when considering a gazebo. Gazebos can be open-air, screened, or even windowed depending on your needs. Gazebos are great for enjoying a family dinner, reading a book, or just watching the kids swim. Add a ceiling fan and an outdoor heater and you have an outdoor living space that can be used all year.
